Smart Nephew Tech Solutions was founded by two friends who opened a small LLC in Colorado, with a focus on practical technology services for small businesses.
We bring that small-business perspective to our work: understand the problem, keep the plan focused, and make the solution useful to the people who rely on it.

Our background
What we've worked on
We've both worked in software engineering and DevSecOps, building software and managing the systems it runs on. Our experience spans the defense, automotive, and healthcare sectors, as well as work with construction companies and other small businesses. Along the way, we've led technical projects, automated everyday tasks, and helped teams work through changes to their tools.
Taking manual work off the list
We've written scripts to move data between systems, set up cloud infrastructure, and automate software deployments. We've used AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash to do that work (just to name a few).
Looking after the systems people rely on
Our work has included tightening system settings, adding checks before software goes live, and making migrations less prone to failure. We've also worked with tools that remove identifying information from sensitive data.
Making information easier to use
We've built reports for cloud spending, tools for tracking technology assets, and integrations that bring data together from different systems. We've also led automation projects and helped colleagues learn the tools involved.
